Utilities Work Around Clock To Restore Power
BOSTON (CBS) - Power company crews never stopped working through the storm.
They were pretty much able to keep up with the outages. National Grid, meanwhile, has restored power to nearly 90 percent of homes and businesses affected by the storm.
WBZ TV's Alana Gomez reports.
At the height of the blizzard, about 100,000 customers had lost electricity across the state.
That number was down to about 2,800 by midday Thursday, with most of the outages reported in Plymouth County and Bristol County.
