7 Hospitalized After 3 Shootings In 14 Hours In Boston
BOSTON (CBS) - Three separate shootings in Boston in the span of 14 hours sent seven people to area hospitals.
Gunfire erupted outside the Stadium Sports Bar on Old Colony Avenue in South Boston just before 12:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Officials say three victims, all men, were taken to area hospitals. One suffered life threatening injuries.
About 15 minutes after the shooting in South Boston, two women were shot on Tremont Street in Roxbury, not far from Roxbury Crossing MBTA station.
Both victims were transported to Boston Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Boston police also reported a shooting at Elm Hill Avenue and Homestead Street around 2 p.m. on Saturday.
The conditions of those victims were not immediately known.
There were no reports of any arrests.
