Two Men Questioned In U.S. Postal Worker Shooting In Dorchester
BOSTON (CBS) – Boston police have released additional details about a carjacking and shooting involving a U.S. postal worker in Dorchester on Friday.
The USPS driver told police that he suspect jumped into his truck in the area of 35 Bailey Street just after 6 p.m. and demanded the victim give him "the draw" before pistol whipping him in the forehead.
The suspect continued striking the driver before shooting him in the wrist.
After being forced to strip down out of his letter carrier uniform, the victim managed to escape through the rear door.
The truck crashed into a snow bank a short distance away.
