T&R's Dumbest Athlete Search Round 1: Henderson vs Roethlisberger
BOSTON (CBS) - 98.5 The Sports Hub's Toucher and Rich are searching for "The Dumbest Athlete" and started their bracket with a Round 1 matchup between #1 seed Rickey Henderson taking on #4 seed Ben Roethlisberger.
Rickey was a man of many words, and always referred to himself in the third person. He framed a million dollar check, loved to play cards in the clubhouse and had one of the greatest Hall of Fame speeches of all time.
"I guess Mom do know best," said Rickey during his induction speech. He also refused to pluralize during the speech.
Roethlisberger on the other hand has had a few different problems with the law and is known to ride his motorcycle without a helmet, even after getting into an accident.
