Toucher & Rich: Robert Kraft Helps Ricki Noel Lander With Audition Video
BOSTON (CBS) - New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft is joining Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski as one of many Patriots with a video that's gone viral.
Just hours after Brady's new commercial went online and Gronk's nude photo spread hit the Internet, an unusual video of Kraft and his friend Ricki Noel Lander was posted on Barstool Sports.
In it, Kraft, who's 71, helps out Lander as she makes an audition tape for a role in a new movie.
With Lander in a bikini, Kraft gives her a hand by reciting lines, doing some dancing, and even throwing a punch after uttering some words many thought they'd never hear him say.
"Nut up, or move on," Kraft says to the man before he throws a punch.
There is another phrase that follows, but you can imagine what the dialog for a scene involving a bar fight would entail.
Barstool writer Jerry Thornton joined 98.5 The Sports Hub's Toucher & Rich Wednesday morning, explaining that the video was sent to them by an anonymous source.
"I've had to do a little digging myself and connect a few dots. As far as I can tell, it's for a new Vince Vaughn/Owen Wilson vehicle called 'Internship,'" said Thornton.
"What we listened to was Bob Kraft doing Owen Wilson banter."
After some investigating, Thornton believes the video could have been taped at Gillette Stadium.
"If you look towards the end of the video, the green screen sort of pulls away and you can see the NFL logo backdrop," said Thornton.
"Apparently she has the run of Gillette as well."
Kraft and Lander were seen together a few weeks ago at Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals at the TD Garden.
