Toucher & Rich spoke with Peter Abraham about the home-town team, hitting on John Lackey's trip to the DL, Dustin Pedroia's lack of production, and the Jorge Posada situation in New York.
The Red Sox have placed Lackey on the 15 day DL because of an elbow injury. Is it really an elbow or is it a mental health vacation?
The guys also discussed Lackey's loss of velocity as well. Has he really lost a few MPHs or is he just inconsistent from game to game?
Abraham also said the Sox plan on meeting with Daisuke Matsuzaka to try to figure out what is wrong with the Red Sox righty. What can the team do now to change things with him?
