Tom Brady Sketch Artist Gets Second Chance In Court

NEW YORK CITY (CBS) – As Tom Brady and Roger Goodell sat in court Monday, working feverishly next to them was courtroom sketch artist Jane Rosenberg.

Rosenberg took a beating on social media the last time she drew Brady in federal court earlier this month.

"I've had sleepless nights and Tom Brady's been in my mind in the middle of the night. I get up worrying about it," Rosenberg told WBZ-TV.

"I don't like knowing people are really watching what I'm doing. I guess people do all the time, but I never think about it ever. But now I feel like everybody's commenting and they're really watching."

She's since apologized for not making Brady look handsome - and she's up for another shot.

She even did this practice sketch - to prove to herself and to everyone else - what she's capable of.

"I can't wait for it to be over," she said. "Maybe I'll have a good night's sleep."

Well, here is Jane Rosenberg's newest sketch of the Patriots quarterback:

She was hounded by reporters and photographers from around the world after the hearing, all anxious to see her latest work.

This could be Rosenberg's last shot to draw Brady.  Judge Richard Berman said he would have a decision in the case Tuesday or Wednesday.
