Toddler Dies After Being Found Unresponsive In South End

BOSTON (CBS) --- A toddler found unresponsive in Boston's South End has died.

Shortly before 5 p.m. Tuesday, police were called to a Washington Street address for a child with life-threatening injuries.

The girl was taken to Boston Medical Center where she was pronounced dead.

An autopsy is being done to determine her cause of death.

The Boston Police Homicide Unit is investigating the incident.
