Three Wilmington Churches Vandalized Saturday Morning
WILMINGTON (CBS) - Police in Wilmington are looking for vandals who targeted three local churches Saturday morning.
Fr. Phillip Early told WBZ-TV that the vandals struck both Catholic churches in town, Saint Thomas of Villanova and Saint Dorothy's, as well as a Congregational church on Middlesex Avenue.
"It angers in the sense that they took that approach to our faith community," Early said. "But it achieves nothing, so in that sense I feel bad that's the only method they had."

The vandals apparently used a stencil to spray paint the words "brain washed" on the outside walls, doors, and the stairs of the churches.
Anyone with information is asked to get in touch with police.
