Three Juveniles Arrested In Connection With Death Of Waltham Man
WALTHAM (CBS) – Three juvenile suspects have been arrested in connection with the death of a 34-year-old Waltham man found dead in his car on Aug. 20, according to the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office.
Authorities identified the victim as 34-year-old Thierry Tullus, of Waltham.
The three suspects face armed robbery charges relating to an "encounter" they allegedly had with Tullus, the DA's office said. The trio has been arraigned and are being held pending a hearing.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has performed an autopsy on Tullus and is awaiting the results of a toxicology tests, the DA's office said.
