Three Arrests In Murder Of Ipswich Restaurant Owner
IPSWICH (CBS) - Three men are under arrest in connection with the murder of an Ipswich restaurant owner.
The body of 62-year-old Tony Woo was found at his Majestic Dragon Chinese restaurant on Route 1 at the end of last month.
The three men arrested are 29-year-old Jun Di Lin of Malden, 34-year-old Sifa Lee of Quincy and 46-year-old Cheng Sun of New York City.
Lin was arrested trying to enter Canada on October 11th and was arraigned this past Friday in Niagara, New York on a fugitive from justice charge.
Lee was arrested without incident in Parsippany, New Jersey Monday morning and Sun was arrested at his home in New York.
All three are charged in Woo's murder.

Police and the D.A. have given few details about the killing. The D.A. did say Monday that Woo was a well-respected member of his community and there was no indication that he was involved in anything illegal.

Days after the murder, sources told WBZ News Radio 1030 that Woo was shot. Another law enforcement told WBZ-TV that Woo was brutalized.
Woo had owned the restaurant for more than two decades.
This is the first murder in Ipswich since the 1970s.
