Last Friday, which was Black Friday, the two gunmen robbed store employees at the Salvation Army Thrift Store near the Westgate Mall as they were leaving with the day's receipts.
Black Friday is the biggest sales day of the year for Salvation Army.

"It was a hideous situation, because that money was meant to help people who need it most," Police Capt. Emmanuel Gomes told WBZ-TV's Bill Shields.
One of the robbers had a gun.
They stole about $7,000 in cash from the Black Friday proceeds.
The money from this particular thrift store goes to the drug rehab center on North Main Street, which helps out 60 people right now.
"It's money that funds their needs," says Salvation Army Capt. Laura Lloyd, "everything from medical care, to housing, to food."
The two bandits ran off into nearby D.W. Field Park.
Police used dogs to search for them, but found nothing.
They are looking for two white males in the mid-twenties, who were wearing hooded sweatshirts.
