We know about the hazards of kids choking on certain small toys...but what about the choking hazards of food?

Doctor Gary Smith of the American Academy of Pediatrics says we have choking warnings for kids on toys, but we don't have them for food.

And one All-American food is the biggest hazard...hot dogs. Another common food hazard that kids like is gel candy...Smith feels warning labels on food are a necessity.
