Ted Williams Tunnel Reopens After Flooding Snarls Traffic
BOSTON (CBS) - Flooding in the Ted Williams Tunnel created traffic delays late Friday morning.

A broken stand pipe caused a leak just before 11 a.m., according to the Department of Transportation.
The system was shut down for repairs.
The left lanes on both sides of the tunnel were temporarily closed due to water from the broken pipe, according to State Police.
However, the lanes were reopened shortly before 11:30 a.m., according to the DOT, but there were residual delays around the city.
