Suspicious Package With Word 'Napalm' Found In Allston
BOSTON (CBS) -- Police arrested a man they say dropped two fake hazardous packages in Allston on Sunday.
The bomb squad was called to investigate one package that was found at 131 Brighton Ave. with the word "napalm" on it.
Napalm is a highly flammable substance that has been used in warfare.
Police were then called to another location nearby where a similar package was dropped. Shortly after, police arrested the suspect in front of his Brighton Ave. home.
According to Boston Police, the man had multiple outstanding warrants. Police searched his home and found similar materials as those found in the suspicious packages.
He was charged with two counts of using a hoax explosive device and disturbing the peace.
