Window Washing Spider-Man Makes Appearance At Boston Children's Hospital
WALTHAM (CBS) - Spider-Man took a break from saving the world this morning, instead spending time washing windows and spreading smiles.
Spider-Man made a surprise visit to Boston Children's Hospital in Waltham on Tuesday, propelling down the outside of the building and washing its windows.
Spidey wasn't all work at the hospital, though. He took some time for play once his duties were done and visited with the patients.
Superhero window washers have cropped up across the region with the goal of cheering up sick children and providing the comfort of a familiar - if not supernatural - face.
Spider-Man's Tuesday visit was his first to the Boston Children's Waltham campus.
