First-round pick Jared Sullinger pulled down 14 rebounds in the win, including five off the offensive glass.
The win came at a cost though, as second-round pick Kris Joseph had to leave the game in the first half with a hyperextened knee. It's unclear if Joseph will be available when Boston next hits the floor Thursday afternoon against the Sacramento Kings.
