BOSTON (CBS) - Whitey Bulger's federal convictions on racketeering may not be the end of his legal problems in Massachusetts.

Suffolk District Attorney Daniel Conley said he may seek to try him and his former associates on state murder charges.
"At this point I'm focused mostly on reviewing the volumes and volumes of evidence that has been developed over the years," Conley said. "Let's see what it is and then we'll make decisions."
"We're always looking for evidence that can help us investigate and prosecute Suffolk County homicides. With the federal trial complete, our prosecutors will be meeting with the US Attorney's office in the weeks to come to determine if what evidence, if any, exists for state-level prosecutions, and whether those cases are the subjects of agreements made by prior administrations," spokesman Jake Wark said in a statement to WBZ-TV Wednesday.
A federal jury convicted Bulger Monday, finding him responsible for 11 murders.
He has never been charged with murder in Massachusetts.
Prosecutors in Florida and Oklahoma are also considering bringing Bulger to trial there, but will wait to make a decision until after he's sentenced in November.
