Sting, Peter Gabriel To Play Worcester's DCU Center Together
WORCESTER (CBS) -- Two English music legends will unite for a North American tour this summer, and they're making one stop in New England.
Singer-songwriters Peter Gabriel and Sting are playing Worcester's DCU Center on July 2. It is the only New England stop on their 19-date tour.
"I'm very happy that we're taking the chance to experiment this way. I think people will be intrigued, I certainly am," Sting said in a statement.
Sting and Gabriel first toured together for Amnesty International in the 80s. They're expected to play together and separately on this tour, and explore each other's music catalog.
Tickets range from $45 to $250 and go on sale Feb. 1 on Ticketmaster.
