Stanley Cup Bet Fulfilled: City Of Boston Website Posts Blackhawks Celebration Video
BOSTON (CBS) - Boston Bruins fans might want to stay away from the City of Boston website on Wednesday.
With the Bruins' 2013-14 season about to get underway on Thursday, it was time for Boston to fulfill part of a Stanley Cup wager with Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel.
The Blackhawks beat the Bruins in six games over the summer to win the Cup, so in addition to other parts of the wager, a Chicago Blackhawks celebration video is now front and center on the City of Boston homepage for the day.
"From one sports town to another, and one set of fans to another, I want to thank the Bruins and the entire city of Boston for a really great series," Emanuel said while introducing the video.

The Blackhawks elected to celebrate their victory for a little bit before sending the video Boston's way, so if fans aren't yet over the tough Game 6 loss they may want to stay away from it.
For those curious what Boston would have won had the Bruins won the cup, here is a list of what Emanuel would send to the city.

Not to worry though, the Bruins begin their quest for another cup Thursday night when they host the Tampa Bay Lightning at the TD Garden in their season-opener.
