SHHH! Quiet Weather Ahead...
Besides a fly or two in the ointment, we will enjoy a pretty quiet second half to the workweek. There will be a shortwave passing by this evening and early tonight, which may produce a brief shower this evening or a snowflake overnight. Highs will stay in the lower 50s today and tomorrow. A surface high diving from the north will push the storm track south which will lead to the following good news...
Watch Melissa's forecast:
HOME OPENER @ Fenway: 1st pitch...Partly to mostly cloudy with temperatures in the upper 40s. Light onshore wind.
Temperatures continue to climb this weekend as a warm front presses northward on Sunday. This front may be the culprit for a passing shower on Sunday. Otherwise, high temperatures will go from the middle 50s on Saturday to the middle 60s on Sunday to the 70s on Monday. Then, a cold front puts a halt to the temperature climb.
