Shaq Does Not Practice For Celtics
WALTHAM (CBS) - Shaquille O'Neal was absent from practice on Friday, but has not been ruled out for Sunday nights game when the Celtics begin their playoff series with the New York Knicks.

"He sat pretty well today, looked good over there," Celtics coach Doc Rivers joked with the media. "He watched the entire practice."

"We planned that, and tomorrow we'll see what he can do," Doc said. "He did some of the walkthrough stuff but I just don't want to take a chance. We'll find out tomorrow."
O'Neal, out since April 3 with a calf sprain, averaged 9.2 points and 4.8 rebounds in 37 games for Boston.
