Several Boston Events To Mark 50th Anniversary Of King's 'I Have A Dream Speech'
BOSTON (CBS) - Bells will ring across the nation at 3 p.m. Wednesday, the hour when Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. gave his historic "I Have a Dream" speech on August 28, 1963.

In Boston, Gov. Deval Patrick will lead a bell-ringing at the Old South Meeting House in honor of the 50th anniversary of the speech.
In the evening, Patrick will join another commemoration of the march on the Esplanade. The Landmarks Orchestra will present a musical tribute at the Hatch Shell at 7 p.m.
The Museum of African American History on Beacon Hill will also host a public reading of the speech at noon.
