Second twin dies after pool accident
A pool accident that killed a 4-year-old Brockton girl on Saturday has now killed her twin sister as well.
Leslie Bonsu died Sunday morning at Children's Hospital in Boston, where she had been in critical condition since she and her twin, Lindsey, fell into an inground pool at their family's home on Endicott Street. Lindsey died a few hours after the accident.
The district attorney's office is investigating the drownings.
The Brockton accident comes two weeks after 2-year-old twins Veronica and Angelina Andreottola drowned in their family's backyard pool in Lynnfield.
