Second Suspect In Gunfight With Boston Police Was Wearing GPS Device
BOSTON (CBS) - Boston Police say they've caught the second man who is a suspect in a gunfight with officers in Dorchester earlier this week.
Donta Lewis, 20, was arraigned Friday.
Sources say police put him at the scene of Wednesday's shooting by using the GPS tracking device Lewis is wearing in connection with a robbery case.
Lewis was found Thursday night hiding in the crawl space of his girlfriend's home in Malden.
Another man, 21-year-old Roudy Hendricks of Brockton, was killed in the shootout with two plainclothes officers.
Both officers received minor injuries.
