Scooter Road Rage Attack In Boston
BOSTON (CBS) - A husband is charged with going after the man who shattered his wife's car window.
It all started when an SUV cut off a man on a scooter and he followed her. Investigators say Nathaniel Freedberg was so mad, he smashed in her window with his helmet. A woman and her 4-month old son were in the SUV. The woman's arm was cut by glass.
Later, when Freedberg was leaving court, police say the driver's husband, Fernando Castro-Laboy of Jamaica Plain, grabbed Freedberg's helmet, and hit him in the head with it.
Freedberg was taken to the hospital.
