Scalabrine On Toucher & Rich: 'Could Not Believe They Lost That Game'
The Celtics had a chance to go up three games to one against the Philadelphia 76ers, but couldn't hold on and now the series is knotted up at two games a piece. The two teams meet tonight in Boston to battle it out in Game Five and break the tie.
Former Celtic Brian Scalabrine joined 98.5 The Sports Hub's Toucher & Rich for a whole hour to discuss the Celtics-Sixers series, LeBron James, the Miami Heat and Scal's future in the NBA.
The guys started things off discussing Scal's time playing in Europe and how the differences playing overseas affected his family.
They went on to talk about Scalabrine's future after his playing day are behind him. Would he want to be a head coach in the NBA? They discussed the aggravation and difficulty of being a coach in the league.
They moved on to talk about the Celtics and 76ers series being tied at two games. The C's had an 18-point lead at the half, but they couldn't close it out and they fell 92-83.
Brian Scalabrine said there was terrible flow to the game and that might have hurt the Green, but even with the bad flow they still should have been able to beat the Sixers.
