Scalabrine On Toucher & Rich: Celtics Looking To Bounce Back In Boston
The Boston Celtics return home tonight for Game 3 of their first round playoff series with the New York Knicks. The C's dropped the first two games to the Knicks and look to bounce back in front of their hometown crowd.
Former Celtics forward Brian Scalabrine joined 98.5 The Sports Hub's Toucher & Rich in studio to discuss this Celtics-Knicks series.
The guys started off discussing how this team really misses Rajon Rondo now that it's playoff time. When Rondo first went out with a season ending injury the team went on quite a roll, but as the season wrapped up the wheels started falling off.
Scal attributes the scoring struggles to guys not getting that extra second they need to get a shot off, something that Rondo knew how to give.
Is Mike Woodson out coaching Doc Rivers in this series? Plus what happened to Courtney Lee and is there something wrong with Avery Bradley?
