Saugus Mall Evacuated After Bomb Threat
SAUGUS (CBS) -- State police responded to the Square One Mall in Saugus after receiving a bomb threat.
Police say they got a call at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday from a man who said there was a bomb on the second floor of the Macy's store at the mall.
Crews did not find any such device, but as a precaution evacuated the mall.
Around 8:15 p.m. the entire mall, with the exception of the Macy's store, was re-opened.
