Sarge's WWE Hell In A Cell Predictions

By Mike "Sarge" Riley, 98.5 The Sports Hub

BOSTON (CBS) -- Can you think of a better prelude to Halloween than a wrestling pay-per-view called "Hell in a Cell"? AND it's at the TD Garden on Sunday night!

This event is also going to be a prelude to the Survivor Series - considered to be one of the "Big 4" on the WWE pay-per-view calendar (along with Royal Rumble, Wrestlemania, Summerslam).

This is the first time Boston will see an exclusive brand of the Monday Night Raw team since the brand split in July. Here are my predictions for the big event:

Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows vs. Enzo Amore and Big Cass

Anderson and Gallows have taken a backseat in the tag-team division, and they haven't had a pay-per-view win since late May (Extreme Rules), the streak ends Sunday.

Sarge Says: Anderson & Gallows

Raw Tag Team Championship

The New Day vs. Sheamus & Cesaro

WWE has made it clear the belts are not coming off Raw Tag Team champions The New Day; they've sold too much merchandise for the company and continue to be a fan favorite. No change here.

Sarge Says: The New Day

WWE Cruiserweight Championship

Cruiserweight Champion TJ Perkins vs. Brian Kendrick

This new division is a little over a month old to Raw and still has a lot of room to grow. Therefore, a title change gives it more opportunity to gain traction with the fan base.

Sarge Says: Brian Kendrick

WWE United States Championship (Hell In A Cell Match)

United States Champion Roman Reigns vs. Rusev

This is one of the three Hell In A Cell matches, and hopefully it's the first to get this rivalry over with. The feud ends Sunday with a Reigns spear as he regains the title and will begin a new rival going into Survivor Series.

Sarge Says: Roman Reigns

WWE Universal Championship (Hell In A Cell Match)

Universal Champion Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins

As much as I'd like to see the belt change hands, the writing is on the wall for Owens to retain.  The Triple H interference on Rollins on Raw during a championship match in September will come full circle as he interferes again in favor of Owens, setting up a match vs. Seth Rollins next month.

Also, don't be surprised after this match if Owens begins a feud with his "best friend" Chris Jericho.

Sarge Says: Kevin Owens

WWE Raw Women's Championship (Hell In A Cell Match)

Women's Champion Sasha Banks vs. Charlotte

History in the making! For the first time a Women's match will be inside Hell in a Cell.  This is hands down the feud of the year in WWE, and I think this is the last time until early 2017 we see them fight one another.

As my esteemed colleague Jimmy Stewart (Executive Producer of Felger & Mazz) pointed out, Charlotte is 12-0 in her career on pay-per-views. WWE is building this up as a homecoming for Banks, as she is billed from Boston. The "Legit Boss" comes to her hometown and holds onto the gold.

Sarge Says: Sasha Banks

If you are headed to the Garden for the show, be on the lookout for me, J-Stew, Andy Wong, Jared Carrabis, and Mr. John Cena Sr.!

Andy was very generous to auction off a pair of tickets in his suite for Rich Shertenlieb's fundraising charity the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. We are proud to support this worthy cause!

Oh yeah, if I do see you at the Garden, you may even get "The Sarge Salute of the Day!" And that's the bottom line... because Sarge said so!
