Tractor-Trailer Driver Killed In Route 128 Rollover
LEXINGTON (CBS) -- A driver died Wednesday morning after a rollover crash on Route 128 trapped him for hours in his tractor-trailer.
The rollover occurred at about 4:30 a.m. on the northbound side of the highway near Exit 31 in Lexington. Massachusetts State Police said the 52-year-old driver was trapped for at least two hours.
An ambulance transported the man to Lahey Clinic, where he was pronounced dead.
Police have not yet released the man's identity or what caused the crash.
Two lanes were closed following the rollover, which remains under investigation.
