Route 1 Shut Down In Saugus After Backhoes Fall Off Truck
SAUGUS (CBS) – An accident caused major traffic delays on Route 1 in Saugus Friday afternoon.
A truck carrying two backhoes overturned on the southbound side on the roadway.
Check: Traffic
All southbound lanes were closed for about three hours.
There were no reports of any injuries.
