Witnesses say a man dressed all in black, wearing a ski mask walked up Arborfield Road, pulled out a gun and started firing at Kim Nguyen's house.
Nguyen told WBZ-TV Friday that she was sitting in her kitchen around 8 p.m. when the shooting began.
WBZ-TV's Alana Gomez reports
"I was sitting at my laptop at the table and I heard 'Boom!' and I thought (it was) like somebody throwing rocks through my windows," she said.
"I was so scared, I didn't know what to do, to duck down or duck in. I was stuck in there and I didn't know if I should walk out of the house or not."
"I could've been killed because this was after seven, this is the time that I'm usually cooking."
No one was hurt, but Nguyen said one bullet came within two feet of her.
Several bullets hit the home. Some hit a refrigerator.
Nguyen said she has no idea why someone would do this.
"I'm shocked. I don't know what it is. Why did they aim at my house? I didn't have anything to do with anybody."
Boston police are still looking for the gunman, who they believe was targeting someone else.
