Roche: Bruins Will Win Game 3
BOSTON (CBS) - The Bruins have many things going in their favor tonight as they take on the Tampa Bay Lightning in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals in Florida.
And, here they are:
1) They have been a better road team all season. They were 24-12-5 away from the Garden in the regular season and are 4-1 on the road in the playoffs. They play Claude Julien's system better and better defense away from the TD Garden.
2) They should have Patrice Bergeron in the line-up for the first time in the series. While he was out, we found out how great an all-around player he truly is. From face-offs to defense to special teams, he is invaluable.

3) Tyler Seguin has emerged. The speed of the Seguin-Kelly-Ryder combo is tough to defend. They have a chance to cause major headaches all night long.

And, by the way... one side note... I wouldn't be surprised to see someone from Tampa take a run at Seguin for many obvious reasons. Try to get him off his game, confidence, etc. I'm hoping it doesn't happen, but if it does... let's hope it's clean.
4) Tim Thomas played his best period of the series in the 3rd period of Game 2. He seemed to settle down and play the angles well. Hopefully, the defense in front of him allows for him to be better as well.
Should be fun tonight. Can't wait for the puck to drop just after 8 pm.
