Marconi Beach in Wellfleet and Coast Guard Beach in Eastham are back open for swimmners Tuesday after being off limits Monday because of high surf and dangerous currents.
Hurricane Earl is likely to bring more rough seas, and possibly tropical storm conditions, including heavy rain and strong wind to some areas.
Meantime, residents in the Cedarville section of Plymouth are keeping a close eye on the weather forecast.
Beach erosion has taken homes the past, and some residents are concerned there could be more, not just with Earl, but more storms that could follow.
