Report: One-Legged Man Trips Up Robber In Middleton
MIDDLETON (CBS) – A one-legged man thwarted an armed robbery in Middleton on Wednesday night.
The Salem News reported that the man used his prosthetic leg to trip up the robber at the JC Grill and Convenience Store. The clerk joined the struggle, and the two men held the crook down until police arrived on the scene.
Eric Homan, 23, was reportedly arrested at the scene and charged with armed robbery, among other offenses.
