Red Sox Lester Throws Three Innings In Simulated Game
FORT MYERS, Fla. (AP/CBS) -- Red Sox left-hander Jon Lester pitched three innings of a simulated game Monday morning.
Lester missed his scheduled start Sunday because of illness. He threw Monday before the Red Sox played Orioles.

Working on the back field, Lester threw to five Red Sox minor leaguers, including right-handed hitters Oscar Tejeda, Hector Luna, Che-Hsuan Lin and Ryan Lavarnway and lefty Nate Spears. He threw 49 pitches.
