Record Warmth in Our Future...

Another one of those deceptive days where it looks much warmer than it actually feels outside...especially when those clumps of clouds rolled in.  Those clouds are now looking a bit threatening but will only release a few showers...nothing heavy as most of the moisture will stay south of us.  High pressure will keep us protected from the next system as on Friday as well shoving rain through the Mid-Atlantic so all is good for the Sox home opener in the afternoon versus the Yanks.

That high will shift off the East Coast and strengthen over the weekend beginning a nice little warming trend that everyone seems to be craving at this point.  Temps will go from around 60 on Saturday to around 70 on Sunday to 80 or better on Monday!  Now, the record on Monday is 78 degrees set back in 1955 and we think it will be shattered...we are already forecasting highs in the mid-80s!  Warm SW winds and 850mb temps capable of supporting 90 degrees in the middle of the Summer should do the trick!  Finally, something to look forward to!
