Real Estate Outlook Remains Dicey
BOSTON (CBS) - It's a homebuyer's market in Massachusetts, but the problem is that there aren't any homebuyers.
Sales this fall are expected to be well below last year, and the prospects for the future aren't being helped with the expiration of a tax credit.
Like the rest of the economy, the housing market is expected to recover only gradually and unevenly through the middle of 2011.
