Rally Held In Boston In Favor Of Marriage Equality
BOSTON (CBS) - A rally was held outside Boston's City Hall in favor of marriage equality. Politicians, same sex couples and supporters rallied on the same day the Supreme Court heard arguments on California's Prop. 8 ban on gay marriage.
Boston Mayor Tom Menino and Congressman Ed Markey spoke at the rally. The issue is also supported by Republican U.S. Senate candidate Dan Winslow.

Everyone at the rally agreed that the time has come for marriage equality.
Greg Smith and Jack O'Leary have been together for 10 years, want to get married, but are waiting until it is legal in every state.
"It's just important for me that I have the same rights as every other person in the United States," says Smith.
