Rain Today...Sun Returns Tomorrow
The rain will begin as a mixed variety for higher elevations of Central Mass and Southern NH. Otherwise, the rain will continue to develop and become moderate to heavy from midday thru mid-afternoon. An average of .50" of rain is expected to fall. The rain will taper by early evening providing us the chance to see a glimpse of sun before sunset at 6:51pm. Skies will gradually clear tonight.
St. Patrick's Day: Oh, the 'Luck O' The Irish'! It's going to be a sunny day with highs near 60F for intetior locations while a seabreeze will develop and keep the coastal plain cooler in the 5oF degree range.
Friday will be warmer with highs ranging from 60F to the middle 60s. Models show a surface low along with its warm front producing rain for Northern New England Friday morning while dragging a cold front thru Southern New England Friady afternoon/evening. With a front moving through, there's at least a chance of a few showers during the day Friday.
This Weekend: Return to the 40s! Windy with partly sunny skies on Saturday. Sunny in the lower to middle 40s on Sunday. Spring arrives Sunday at 7:21pm! :)
