QUINCY (CBS) — Statues of Jesus, Mary and Joseph that were stolen from a Quincy nativity scene have been recovered, police said on Friday.
The statues were swiped on Wednesday night, along with a statue of a lamb that has not been recovered.

They were eventually found dumped on the side of Furnace Avenue in West Quincy.
Quincy Police Captain John Dougan said that a construction worker discovered the statues at the end of the dead end road.
There were no reports of any arrests.
"We're going to check and see if there's any video in the area. We'll go through that and see if we can find a car or anybody putting these statues there. Apparently they were put there some time overnight," Dougan said.
It was not the first time it has happened. Baby Jesus was taken last December and in 2004.
In 2004, the statue was found floating in a Quincy river. Last year, it was found in a cemetery 1/2 a mile away.
