Powerball Jackpot Up To $334M
BOSTON (CBS) -- The jackpot for Saturday's Powerball drawing is now estimated at $334 million.
The cash prize option is estimated at $205 million.
Sixteen Powerball drawings have gone by without a winner--it was last hit on November 4. This will be the highest jackpot since a $337 million August 15 drawing, and the highest-ever jackpot remains the $590.5 million drawing won on May 18, 2013.
You can buy tickets for Saturday's Powerball drawing until 9:45 p.m. that night at any Massachusetts Lottery retailer. Tickets are $2 each. Drawings are held at 10:59 p.m. on every Wednesday and Saturday.
