Explosives Found Inside Marathon Bombing Suspect's Cambridge Apartment
CAMBRIDGE (CBS) – Explosives were found Friday afternoon inside the Cambridge apartment where Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev lived.
CBS News' John Miller reported that the FBI found explosives, pipe bombs with fuses, and some sort of synthetic powder inside that apartment on Norfolk Street, near the Somerville line.

Earlier in the day the neighborhood was evacuated. By Friday afternoon, the public was allowed back within sight of the building, signaling that authorities believed the immediate danger was over. Norfolk Street remained closed.
FBI evidence response teams were seen going in and out of the triple decker, which neighbors said contained three separate living units.

According to neighbors, Tamerlan Tsarnaev lived on the top floor of the home with a woman.
A woman was taken into custody earlier in the day at the scene. It is unclear if she had any connection to the bombing suspects.
The Cambridge apartment is a couple miles from MIT, where it is suspected that the Tsarnaev brothers killed police officer Sean Collier on Thursday night.
