Poll: Who Should Win The Tony For Best Musical?

The Broadway musical is larger than life. It's the singing. It's the dancing. It's the story that pulls you to the edge of your seat. From Times Square, in the heart of New York City, performers reach for the stars. Because the lights never go out on Broadway!

This year's nominees for Best Musical are all deserving. But only one can win. Who would you choose?

Leap of Faith

Leap of Faith starred four-time Tony nominee Raúl Esparza as the "Reverend" Jonas Nightingale. When his bus breaks down in a small Midwest town, the Reverend pitches a tent to preach his revival sermons to the town folk. That is, until the local sheriff gives him something to believe in.

Newsies

Stop the presses! Or at least slow them down. Based on the Disney movie, derived from the Newsboys Strike of 1899, Newsies is an uplifting David and Goliath story, set to song. And the critics love it, dancing scamps and all.

Nice Work If You Can Get It

Nice Work If You Can Get It is a rousing romp through the teetotaling days of Prohibition. Playboys, politicians, bootleggers and chorus girls connive and cavort to music and lyrics by the Gershwins. This musical comedy is a rollicking good time.

Once

From Downtown to Broadway, Once is at it again. This touching musical tells the unlikely tale of love made possible by music. Friendship and collaboration blossom into romance. But it's complicated, as love often is.
