Police: Woman Attacked Man Who Complained About Loud Cell Phone Conversation
CAMBRIDGE (CBS) - A Cambridge woman is facing charges for allegedly pulling a knife on a man and spitting in his face on a Red Line train.
The victim told police the woman was talking loudly on her cell phone and he asked her to quiet down as the train was approaching Central Square MBTA Station
She allegedly went after the man with a knife and spit at him.
After asking for help from the public, police were able to identify the suspect as Kelly Madden, 49.
She faces charges of assault with a dangerous weapon (knife), and Assault and Battery (spit).
Police did not say whether the victim was injured.
