Police Seize Gun, Drugs, Cash From Billerica Home

BILLERICA (CBS) - A 25-year-old man is facing drug dealing and gun charges after an anonymous tip led police to his home.

Billerica police arrested 25-year-old Justin Waring Thursday night after officers allegedly discovered 250 Oxycodone polls, cocaine, a semi-automatic handgun and $4,000 in cash while executing a search warrant at his Cook Street home.

Waring is being charged with Trafficking in a Class B controlled substance (Oxycodone); Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B substance (Cocaine); Illegal Possession of a Firearm; Possession of a Firearm while in the commission of a Felony; and Illegal Possession of Ammunition.

Police say no further arrests were expected in the investigation.
