Police Searching For Brighton Hit-And-Run Driver
BOSTON (CBS) --- The search is on for a hit-and-run driver.
A pick-up truck hit a tow truck driver early Tuesday.
The tow truck driver was getting out of his truck on Washington Street when he was hit.
There's no word on the victim's condition.
Police are now asking for the public's help to find the white pick-up truck.
