Investigators Search Along Rt. 128 In Dedham
DEDHAM (CBS) -- Investigators searched along the side of Route 128 South in Dedham.
There is no word yet, on what they were looking for.
State Police have referred all questions about the investigation to the Bristol County District Attorney's office.
WBZ NewsRadio 1030 reported a lane closure near the search site had caused a seven-mile traffic backup along Route 128.
By 2 p.m., all lanes of Rt. 128 had been reopened.
Earlier this month, police asked for the public's help in finding a car mirror that may be connected to the murder case against former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez.
Police believe that mirror may be along Interstate 95 or in a wooded or secluded area along the route.
Bristol County DA has not said whether Tuesday's search is related to the Hernandez investigation.
