Missing Mother Found Dead In Pond
CONWAY, N.H. (CBS) – Investigators announced Wednesday that they had recovered the body of a missing mother.

The remains of 20-year-old Krista Dittmeyer were recovered from Duck Pond in Conway, not far from where her car was found Saturday. Fish and Game dive teams and the state's top crime scene investigators spent the day collecting evidence.
Senior Assistant Attorney General Jane Young would not comment specifically what led them to search the area, buyt said it was part of the investigation. She also refused to comment on the cause of death, but said they are treating it as suspicious.
Dittmeyer's family issued a statement saying it's "devastated but wants to thank everyone for their support and requests to be left alone at this time."

Dittmeyer's car was found Saturday morning with its engine running and hazard lights flashing in the parking lot of the Cranmore Mountain ski area. Her 14-month-old daughter was alone inside sleeping.
